Design & Construct - Club refurbishment and extension - Stage 1. some of the works involves the creation of a new external entry presentation which addresses the main highway, and provides an all-weather drop off porte cochere, the modernisation of the eastern facade, the introduction of a new pre-function lounge for the auditorium with an alternate use as an extra meeting room, and to provide immediate internal visual access to the Club from the entry foyer and the construction of a new administration area complete with secure reception desk, general offices and boardroom/meeting room, and the provision of an area for smokers in line with the smoking legislation.
