Complete refurbishment of the existing ground floor bar, bistro, bottle shop and poker machine area as well as the conversion of the existing hotel style accommodation on levels 1 and 2 to one luxury apartment on each level. Other works also include the creation of a carpark underneath the existing structure which includes extensive detailed excavation, piling, underpinning and erection of structural steel.
