Rocks Centre

Office fitout over 2 levels of an existing building involving new concrete, brickwork, blockwork and rendering to be constructed. The fitout also requires new amenities, ceiling panels, carpeting, joinery and workstations to be installed into the empty floor space.
The new offices will be used for the Sydney City Rangers.

Any specific OH & S or environmental issues

Importance on dust control mainly due to proximity of surrounding premises.

Progress

Completion achieved on schedule on 7th September 2006, with tenants now gearing up to move in.
