Refurbishment of 12 floors of existing toilet facilites. With the construction of new disabled toilets to each floor. Complete renewel of all surfaces and fixtures to create new toilet areas for the Department of Commerce staff. |
Project Challenges |
The major challenge for this project is the work taken place in premises that are currently occupied along with part of the works requiring completion throughout the night over a four staged program to reduce interruptions with employees. |
Is Reed Doing Anything Specific To Meet Client's Needs? |
The client required a prototype floor to be created on the first level with regular inspections being carried out over the first stage to ensure client approval with the finishes and overall look and feel along with usability of the facilities. |
