Refurbishment of the existing building. some of the works includes the construction of ground level Cafe and bistro, additional toilet facilities, midifications to the existing reception, refurbishment of the atrium (Level 1 and 2) and upgrading external landscaping.

Construction of lift shaft adjacent to the Cahill Expressway. Some of the works includes earthworks, steel frame erection, glass cladding & associated works.

Construction of major concrete and earth works, which include 5 different areas: ROM handling, raw coal handling, coal preparation plant, product and rejects handling, and train loading station.

Six kilometers of earthworks and embankment construction, complete with verge and capping layers, ready for Queensland Rail for laying of ballast and rail on 27 July 2010. This project also includes drainage works consisting of two box culverts and six pipe culverts, maintenance access road, earth swales, fencing and batter protection works.

Renovation to existing shopping centre, new food court, new Coles supermarket and also extension and additional carparking, demolition and creation of new mall areas.

The Construction of a new Mental Health Facility located on approximately 5.4 hectares of the Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The facility includes the construction of twelve new structures to accommodate a range of mental health treatments including Rehabilitation, Intensive Psychiatric care, Acute Psycho-geriatric care and an administration section.

Refurbishment of ground floor which included a 500 meter square extension. The new extension involved demolition of existing and construction of new sports bar and back of house areas that are used for storage, offices and boardrooms. A gaming lounge and Keno areas were also incorporated in the refurbishment as well as the expansion of existing and outdoor dining area with smokers terraces.

The works involved the addition of 1100m2 of new floor area; the refurbishment of a further approximately 2200m2 and a new 175 space car-park. This consisted of a slab on ground; 47 tonne of structural steelwork; 1100m2 of deck roof sheeting; 800m2 of external block-work; 300m2 of internal block-work and 1000m2 of render.

The augmentation of the existing Evans Head STP is based on the replacement of the existing plant with two new IDEA tanks, sludge storage tanks, inlet works, pumping stations, chemical dosing facilities, amenities and electrical buildings. Associated roadworks and landscaping is also to be carried out. The existing plant is to be decommissioned and demolished once the new plant is operational.

Provison of additional pedestrian & cyclist facilities to improve access between Neutral Bay, Crows Nest and North Sydney business centres. Some of the works involved are earthworks, excavation of footings, rock anchors, precast elements bridge works, installation of stress bars & safety screens and landscaping.

Fitout of existing level 1 of building including new external facade, balconies and plant room.

Construction of 52.1m long &16.1m wide super-T girder bridge, approach roadworks, reinforced earth wall abutments including drainage, pavement, guardrail, linemarking & creek rehabilitation.

Demolition of existing club house and construction of new club house and part of new carpark.

To construct additional outdoor areas to include a new front entrance as well as internal modifications to dinning, gaming and board room.

Design and construction of water pumping station and "wine glass" steel elevated reservoir. The augmented pump station operates to deliver water to the existing Elevated Reservoir (WS095) and the new Elevated Reservoir (WS0463) on Prospect Hill.

Internal relocation of poker machines and TAB to improve the internal layout and the divisibility of the remaining club spaces.

Construction of a new precast concrete overpass bridge (to RTA Standards) over the Princes Highway and extensive north and south bound ramps connecting the new Haywards Bay sub-division with the highway.

Redevelopment of the Obstetric, Paediatric and Emergency services department at Hornsby Hospital. The construction involves a new two story ward to be built that will connect to the existing hospital through an undercover link way. Works also include additional car spacing for the new facility.

Construction of a single storey, 12 bed, in-patient, intensive care mental health unit, car parking and landscaping.

Refurbishment of existing club - gaming lounge, cafe, new reception, new lounge.

Construction of an outdoor terrace for both diners and drinkers and the removal of administration areas from prime floor space on the ground floor to a new area on the first floor. The ground floor was expanded to accommodate the relocated poker machines and this extension was taken over two levels to house the administration.

Demolish existing toilet areas to Multi purpose lounge and construct new . outdoor terrace areas, disabled toilet and new female & Male toilets Construct new stairs between multi purpose lounge and Gaming Room with new disabled access platform.

Construction of a new 1.65 km dual carriageway, including the construction of 2 bridges, various underpasses, roundabouts and signalized intersections. The project also includes bulk earthworks for the construction of an AFL ground at Wayne Richards Park, Port Macquarie.

Design and construction of three (3) new 1-2 storey mental health service buildings, incorporating:Administration, research, 16 bed sub-acute unit, 16 bed acute unit, 8 bed high-dependency unit, 8 bed child & adolescent unit, Ambulatory Care unit, under-croft car parking, plant rooms, landscaping.

Construction of raw water main (Richmond Hill Roadnightcap water treatment plant). Supply of all materials, labour, tools, cranage transport and construction equipment necessary to construct and commission the rising main.
