The first release of the North West Growth Centre covers North Kellyville, Riverstone, Alex Avenue, Riverstone West and Area 20 precincts. The project involves the design and construction of a potable water surface reservoir, trunk potable water inlet and outlet mains, potable water and recycled water distribution mains, reservoir site mains and gravity sewer carriers.
Liaison with relevant stakeholders and management of concept and detailed design process to enable construction works to be commenced at the earliest opportunity.
With a project of this magnitude, The Reed Group will be constructing infrastructure within established communities, including residences, businesses, schools, sports fields, public spaces and roads. Community relations is integral to project management supporting successful project outcomes.
Environmental issues include the management of threatened and protected species of flora and fauna as well as management of Indigenous and European heritage. OH&S risks include working adjacent to creeks and waterways, trafficable roads and within private properties.
