In order to develop a clear understanding of the clients’ short and long-term objectives and requirements, attention to detail in the planning and pre-design phases are crucial.  This includes continuous liaison with clients during the early phases and developing a strategy that highlights the critical stages of the project implementation and indentifies potential problem areas, hence, ensuring an agreement on contingency plans for unforeseen events.  The Reed Group also extents its services beyond structural and architectural elements with the provision of an internal services engineer to provide strategic guidance into the services design.

The Reed Group offers in-depth knowledge of health design standards through experience with the use of the Health Facility Briefing System to generate compliant room data and room layouts for Managing Contractor and Design & Construct contracts.
