Engaging the client from the initial brief, The Reed Group work closely with the client throughout each project, ensuring transparency of process and open lines of communication. Attending Project Control Group meetings (PCGs) and Project Reviews from the onset, the team support work schedule delivery with client teams in collaboration to ensure the best outcome is achieved .
An understanding of and commitment to stakeholder management, experienced internal resources work with the client and team in a consultative methodology assisted in helping the works run on-time with minimal disruptions and tenant interruption.
